A planted atrium makes movement through a workplace part of its shared experience.

The brief

A spatial storyboard follows public circulation upward through a planted workplace atrium.

Approach

The storyboard moves from a limestone street frontage into a tall glazed atrium. Oak seating steps form an informal gathering area beside a separate stair, while bronze mesh bridges and upper lounges keep the central garden in view. Detail frames explore the handrail, planting and overhead light before an evening exterior closes the sequence.

Material direction

Pale limestone establishes the outer frame, with oak seating and wall linings, bronze mesh balustrades, clear glazing and restrained olive upholstery inside.
